The proposed landscape theming is based on the forms, textures and colours of Burleigh Heads, incorporating an abstraction of the sweeping lines of the nearby headland.

Natura

“Sky Gardens”, located on each floor within the architectural façade “scallop” feature, incorporate a combination of hanging/ climbing plant species, that are proposed to soften the overall built form.

The pool mirrors the sweeping lines of Burleigh Headland and incorporates a unique reflexology walk for residents.
