The site offers a large variety of communal spaces from pool rooms, communal kitchen, gym, library and physio. To embrace the outdoor life style, the large communal podium area offers a multitude of outdoor spaces. The brief for a luxurious resort feel was implemented with lush subtropical planting on the ground and podium levels. Within the podium landscape, a pool area integrates with a large number of seating and break out spaces, as well as a communal BBQ area and lawn spaces for yoga and pilates classes.

The project also included landscape design for individual courtyards on the ground floor and podium level.

CUSP worked closely with Arkhefield architects to realise the client’s vision delivering a high-end product ensuring materials and planting will define the precinct’s character.
