The park is anchored by a large custom playground providing play opportunities for children of all ages and abilities. Woven into the play structure is an elevated deck providing intergenerational play and accessibility for parents and carers as well as expansive views to the lake with a lookout node.

The Lake Plaza is arranged around a custom designed public art piece curated by UAP that creates a standout attraction for the Redcliffe Peninsula. A central grass area slopes gently down to the lake edge, and is large enough to host community events such as markets and outdoor movies.
